We're so fucking fat and we don't seem to get it.
I would include myself there, but the difference is that I realize what I eat and how it's going to affect me. I don't delude myself with "oh I got a diet cola so it's OK" or "the chicken double cheese is better for me than the beef double cheese, so I'll take that one" or "I wonder why I sweat so much and my heart hurts whenever I eat".
If you're going to eat shitty fast food, go ahead and do it. But don't try and lie about the pile of fat and grease you're shoving down your hole. On the other hand, if you're trying to lose weight, then stop fucking eating at fast food places. There is no healthy fast food. Subway got the closest, but people fuck it up by putting heavy mayo and extra cheese and shit on their 'plain turkey'.
And stop blaming your morbid obesity on anything but yourself.
